With a career at global leaders like Microsoft and eBay, he has driven initiatives that streamlined operations, scaled platforms delivering billions of communications annually, integrated AI and generative AI technologies into marketing and product systems, and generated hundreds of millions in new revenue.

Beyond corporate leadership, Sultan serves on the boards of Muslim Housing Services, a Seattle-based nonprofit addressing housing insecurity for immigrant and refugee families, and Tarteel School, Washington’s premier Arabic immersion dual-language STEM school dedicated to empowering children and shaping future leaders.
